Inspired by the legendary feminist, publisher, and author, Gloria Steinem, SALON San Diego is a community building initiative for women committed to advancing a just and equitable society.
Salon San Diego will feature the wisdom and experience of San Diego‘s most provocative civic pioneers while fostering community among our next generation of leaders.
Subscribers to SALON San Diego will have an opportunity to directly hear from, meet, and dialogue with the women on the frontline of advancing progress for all in San Diego.
Each month a digital publication will introduce one female civic leader and present the topic they intend to explore.
Subscribers will be encouraged to convene their own talking circle around the proposed topic of the month or join the author in an official SALON San Diego sponsored talking circle event later that month. Discussion topics will center around four major themes outlined below.
